Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Optimize business processes through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget allocation (Rp 2B+ annually) and financial performance
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations with key stakeholders
- Implement KPI monitoring systems and performance dashboards
- Drive digital transformation projects across operational workflows
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic planning and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (S2/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in operational management
- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ professionals in tech/service industries
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation tools
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operational methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English proficiency
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance standards
