Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company growth targets

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years operational management experience, 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in process optimization and team development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous
