Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pick up and deliver packages within designated routes using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile tracking systems
- Verify recipient identities and package completeness upon delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and professional communication
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with logistics team for solutions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks daily
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid SIM C with minimum 1 year driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's road networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness for handling packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking systems
- Integrity and punctuality as core values
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
