Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents safely and punctually to designated locations
- Verify recipient identity and package condition upon delivery
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS tracking systems
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital signatures
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Familiarity with Surabaya/Solo/Jogjakarta/Kediri geography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery applications
- Physical stamina for daily delivery activities
