Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages safely and on-time across designated routes (Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri)
- Verify recipient identity and package contents upon delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our digital platform
- Operate company vehicles responsibly following all traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report maintenance issues or delivery obstacles promptly
- Coordinate with logistics team for optimal route planning
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle) or SIM C (car) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Strong knowledge of local routes in Surabaya, Solo, Jogjakarta, or Kediri
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Physical fitness for handling packages (up to 20kg)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
