Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages/documents promptly and safely to designated locations
- Verify recipient details and maintain delivery records digitally
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety checks
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with support team
- Adhere to company policies and traffic regulations
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C with minimum 1 year driving experience
- Own reliable motorcycle/car (fuel allowance provided)
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical fitness for handling packages (max 20kg)
- Reside in Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, or Kediri
- Preferably experience in logistics/delivery sector
