- Perform Reliable Deliveries: Deliver packages to customers in a timely and safe manner, ensuring every item arrives in perfect condition.
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact professionally with clients, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Real-time Updates: Utilize our tracking app to provide accurate status updates on delivery progress to customers.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic cleaning to ensure the vehicle is always in top operating condition.
- Route Optimization: Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and reduce fuel consumption.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery receipts, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A: Must possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 30kg and endure physical activity during working hours.
- Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's road network and traffic patterns.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with good verbal communication skills.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile applications and digital tools for navigation and reporting.
- Documents: Must have a valid KTP (National ID Card) and BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance).
