Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels and documents promptly with 99% on-time rate
- Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile tracking system
- Provide excellent customer service during pickup/delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-delivery vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues proactively
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Familiarity with Jakarta's major routes and traffic patterns
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking systems
- Strong physical fitness to handle packages up to 20kg
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
