Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages safely and punctually to designated locations in assigned regions (Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri)
- Verify recipient identities and maintain accurate delivery records via our mobile app
- Inspect packages for damage before and after transit and report discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance reporting
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery issues
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle license) with minimum 1-year driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with digital navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Clean criminal record and reliable character references
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
