Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents safely and on schedule across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile application
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks daily
- Follow all traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Secure valuable items during transit
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (Motorcycle) with minimum 1 year driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta road network
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical health and stamina for daily deliveries
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Clean criminal record and background check
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
