Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic educational vision aligned with national standards and international best practices
- Lead curriculum innovation, teacher development programs, and student assessment frameworks
- Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency
- Foster positive school culture through community engagement, parent partnerships, and student initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian education regulations and accreditation standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in teaching methodologies and administrative systems
- Mentor teaching staff through professional development and performance evaluation systems
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience with 5+ years in leadership/management role
- Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and school reputation
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) and international frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in School Leadership/Management (e.g., NPQSL, SPM) preferred
- Experience with budget management and strategic planning in educational institutions
