Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic vision for institutional growth and academic excellence

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership (S2)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in education, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and institutional performance
- Strong strategic planning and organizational management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Certified in educational leadership (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with international curriculum frameworks (IB/Cambridge) preferred
