Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Lead faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation systems
- Oversee school operations including budget management and facility maintenance
- Foster community engagement through parent-teacher partnerships and outreach programs
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations and accreditation standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in teaching methodologies
- Implement student assessment systems and academic improvement programs
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Education Management or related field with minimum 8 years teaching experience
- Proven leadership as school principal or senior administrator (min. 5 years)
- Certified in educational leadership and curriculum development
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong financial management and strategic planning abilities
- Experience with international curriculum frameworks (IB/Cambridge)
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders (parents, staff, community)
