Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic school improvement plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom instruction
- Manage school operations including budgeting, facilities, and administrative functions
- Foster positive relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and education authorities
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure compliance with educational regulations
- Create a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment
- Drive student achievement through data-driven assessment and intervention programs
- Represent the school in regional educational forums and partnerships
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Valid Kepala Sekolah certification (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah)
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and school performance
- Strong financial management and operational planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with curriculum development and educational technology integration
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
