Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments with 100% accuracy
- Manage daily cash register reconciliation and transaction reports
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout experiences
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train junior cashiers on POS systems and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and transaction disputes professionally
- Maintain clean and organized checkout area
- Implement loss prevention protocols consistently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience in retail environment
- Proficient in POS systems (e.g., MPOS, Square, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Customer service certification preferred
