- Process cash transactions efficiently with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage POS systems, refunds, and payment method verifications
- Train junior staff on cashier protocols and customer service standards
- Maintain daily cash reconciliation and financial documentation
- Resolve customer billing inquiries with professionalism
- Monitor inventory discrepancies during checkout processes
- Implement loss prevention measures according to company policy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience in retail environment
- Expertise in POS systems (e.g., Aldi, Mitra) and payment platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
- Valid Basic First Aid certification preferred
- Experience handling high-volume transactions (100+ daily)
