- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Manage cash reconciliation and daily reports
- Monitor inventory levels at checkout areas
- Implement loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with sales team for upselling opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Min 2 years' experience in cashier/sales roles
- Expert in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic knowledge of retail inventory systems
