Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods securely
- Provide product information and promotional details to customers
- Maintain organized cash drawer and daily reconciliation reports
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Uphold store cleanliness and merchandising standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cashier or retail experience
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English communication
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Excellent customer service orientation
