Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (Azure/AWS) and backup systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in Computer Science or related field (3+ years experience acceptable)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
