Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems
- Implement cloud solutions including AWS/Azure hybrid architectures
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Coordinate disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and document SOPs
- Lead vendor management for IT infrastructure and software licensing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on IT administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English
