Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cleaning schedules for 5-7 high-value residential properties
- Train and supervise 8-10 cleaning staff on advanced techniques
- Conduct quality assurance inspections using our proprietary checklist system
- Inventory management of premium cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with property managers and homeowners for special requests
- Implement eco-friendly cleaning protocols for sensitive surfaces
- Handle client feedback and resolve service issues within 24 hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in luxury cleaning services
- Certification in professional housekeeping or equivalent training
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Valid SIM and reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Background check required for high-security properties
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
