- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for career development
- Lead hackathons and coding competitions to foster innovation
- Collaborate with tech companies for internship placements
- Maintain 95%+ student satisfaction through adaptive teaching methods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional programming experience in full-stack development
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and AWS/Azure
- Proven teaching experience with adult learners (minimum 2 years)
- Industry certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent English communication
- Portfolio demonstrating 20+ successful student projects
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
