Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum aligned with international standards (IB/STEM-focused)
- Mentor students through advanced mathematical concepts and scientific methodologies
- Lead research projects and science competitions at regional/national levels
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology into classroom instruction
- Provide personalized academic counseling for student development plans
- Design assessment systems focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving
- Organize field trips and industry partnerships for experiential learning
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Mathematics, Physics, or related field with GPA ≥3.5
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in international curriculum (IB/Cambridge)
- Proven track record in student competition achievements (OSN, Olympiads)
- Certification in IB Mathematics/Science Education or equivalent
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (min. B2)
- Advanced proficiency in educational technology (Google Classroom, LMS platforms)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative lesson design and student outcomes
