Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple operational hubs (Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri)
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams through remote and on-site collaboration
- Forge strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and government entities
- Drive innovation in product development and service delivery frameworks
- Oversee financial planning and resource allocation for optimal ROI
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations while maintaining operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; S2/MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling operations across multiple geographic locations
- Expertise in digital transformation and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud)
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities with measurable results
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management over 10B IDR
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English proficiency
- Network of industry connections in Indonesian tech ecosystem
