Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company vision and market expansion goals
- Lead cross-functional teams across technology, finance, and business development to drive KPI achievement
- Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and government entities to accelerate market penetration
- Oversee budget allocation, resource optimization, and financial performance analysis for operational divisions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process optimization to enhance organizational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in technology or consulting
- Proven track record of scaling operations in fast-growth markets with measurable revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and change management expertise
- Deep understanding of Indonesian business ecosystem and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
