Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead 200+ cross-functional teams across technology, sales, and customer experience divisions
- Drive P&L optimization, budget planning, and cost reduction initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with government bodies, investors, and industry leaders
- Oversee digital transformation projects and technology infrastructure scaling
- Champion company culture and talent development programs for senior executives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in executive leadership roles, with 5+ as Director/VP
- Proven track record scaling tech companies in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in P&L management, M&A, and market expansion strategies
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's regulatory landscape and digital ecosystem
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
