Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Design robust data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets
- Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to uncover actionable insights
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor model performance and optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics role
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, and SQL programming languages
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, AWS/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and business acumen
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data science projects
