Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Design and implement data collection systems to optimize data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and ROI
- Develop predictive models to forecast sales and customer behavior patterns
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
