Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with marketing teams to quantify campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
- Automate reporting processes to enhance data accessibility and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (S1)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
