Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care services with evidence-based protocols
- Lead high-risk pregnancy management in collaboration with obstetricians
- Conduct educational workshops on childbirth preparation and newborn care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using our integrated digital health system
- Mentor junior midwives through clinical supervision and skills development
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives for maternal care
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for obstetric complications
Kualifikasi
- S.Kebidanan/S1 Kebidanan dari perguruan tinggi terakreditasi A
- Sertifikasi STRBid Aktif dengan minimal 5 tahun pengalaman klinis
- Keahlan manajemen kehamilan berisiko tinggi dan resusitasi neonatal
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam peran pemimpin atau mentoring
- Kemampuan komunikasi luar biasa dengan pasien dan tim multidisiplin
- Menguasai sistem dokumentasi kesehatan digital (misal: RSIS, e-Klinik)
- Kompetensi dalam pendidikan kesehatan komunitas untuk ibu dan balita
