Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive antenatal care for high-risk pregnancies
- Lead emergency obstetric interventions ( breech delivery, C-section assistance)
- Develop personalized birth plans and patient education programs
- Mentor junior midwives and nursing staff
- Implement WHO's Safe Motherhood protocols
- Conduct newborn assessments and immediate postpartum care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan with minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Valid STRB (Surat Tanda Registrasi Bidan) certification
- Certification in Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)
- Expertise in managing obstetric emergencies
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English documentation skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous medical education
