Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive prenatal/postnatal examinations and health screenings
- Perform safe deliveries in clinical or home settings with emergency protocols
- Provide evidence-based family planning and reproductive health education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for high-risk pregnancies
- Maintain accurate patient records and health documentation systems
- Lead community outreach programs on maternal-child health initiatives
- Ensure compliance with national healthcare standards and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan from accredited institution with STR certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in obstetrics/gynecology
- Advanced neonatal resuscitation and emergency obstetric skills
- Strong communication ability in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Proficient in telehealth platforms for remote consultations
- Certification in maternal-child health education preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
