Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care services
- Conduct routine examinations and health education for pregnant women
- Manage normal deliveries and emergency obstetric situations
- Administer neonatal care and postpartum support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Implement infection control protocols and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan/Sarjana Kebidanan from accredited university
- STRB (Surat Tanda Registrasi Bidan) active certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital setting
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuing education
