We're seeking a dedicated midwife to provide exceptional maternal and neonatal care across our Surabaya, Solo, Jogjakarta, and Kediri locations, with remote support options. Deliver compassionate prenatal/postnatal care, health education, and community outreach while advancing women's health in Eastern Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care services
- Conduct routine health screenings and immunizations for mothers and infants
- Develop personalized birth plans and emergency response protocols
- Deliver health education on family planning, nutrition, and maternal hygiene
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated care
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient confidentiality
- Lead community outreach programs on maternal health awareness
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan (Midwifery Bachelor's degree) with STR-Akta IV
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in obstetric/gynecological settings
- Valid BLS/ACLS certification and current professional license
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
- Strong crisis management and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to WHO reproductive health standards
- Experience with telehealth consultations preferred
