Tanggung Jawab
- Manage prescription dispensing with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and alternatives
- Monitor drug interactions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Supervise pharmacy inventory and stock rotation systems
- Develop educational materials for chronic disease management
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient medication records
Kualifikasi
- S1 Farmasi dari perguruan tinggi terakreditasi
- Sertifikat Apoteker Aktif (STR) minimal 3 tahun
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di rumah sakit/klinik
- Pengetahuan mendalam tentang regulasi farmasi Indonesia
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang luar biasa dengan pasien
- Keahlian dalam sistem manajemen farmasi digital
- Certification dalam manajemen obat berbahaya adalah plus
- Kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan akurasi tinggi
