Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial performance trends, variances, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership team
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control standards
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements in financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 3 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (S1 Akuntansi, AK, CMA, or CPA) preferred
- Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting for multinational companies
