Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct variance analysis to explain performance against financial targets
- Develop detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Certifications (Akuntan Publik, CMA, or CPA) are advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
