Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organizational objectives
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance departmental analytical capabilities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Oracle)
- Certification (S1 Akuntan/CPA/CMA) highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience in multinational company environments
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
