Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial performance trends and prepare comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders
- Develop detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Monitor key financial metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA/CA) highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid settings
