Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee tax compliance (PPH, PPN) and liaison with tax authorities
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and audit readiness
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for business units
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize team workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Kualifikasi
- S1 Akuntansi with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B)
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
