Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits
- Develop and implement financial controls & processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 3 years experience
- Strong proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Valid BPK certification (Akuntan Publik) preferred
- Experience with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
