Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with SAK certification (Akuntan Publik)
- Minimum 5 years experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in SAP FICO and advanced Excel functions
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven leadership experience in team environments
