Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage tax reporting and ensure adherence to tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial reviews
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for strategic planning
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years experience
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPN/PPh) and PSAK standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Excel (VBA skills preferred)
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A) highly valued
- Proven experience in multinational corporate environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
