Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting (PPH, PPN, BPHTB)
- Lead month-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with minimal 3 years' experience
- Strong proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Akuntan Publik (AP) certification preferred
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English
