Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly closing processes
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Oversee tax compliance and filing (PPH, PPN, BPHTB)
- Conduct budgeting and variance analysis for operational departments
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes
- Implement and improve accounting systems and controls
- Provide financial analysis to support business strategy
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Expert knowledge of tax regulations (Pajak)
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle)
- Professional certification (BAP, Ak) preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
