Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with strict adherence to PSAK standards
- Lead tax compliance activities including VAT, PPN, and annual tax filings
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors during external financial examinations
- Mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel advanced functions
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in fintech or startup environment highly valued
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
