Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement individualized nutrition care plans for chronic disease management
- Conduct nutritional assessments and counseling sessions for in/outpatients
- Develop educational materials on preventive nutrition and healthy lifestyles
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient treatment protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health records
- Stay current with latest nutritional research and clinical guidelines
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with S2 preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical nutrition experience in hospital setting
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification mandatory
- Expertise in therapeutic diets (diabetes, renal, oncology)
- Strong counseling skills with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment software (e.g., NutriBase)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
