Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network administration including firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN configurations
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and system backup procedures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell/Python)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system integrations
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with ITIL standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (minimum 3 years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019) and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security frameworks
- Advanced scripting skills for automation and system monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
