Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across cloud and on-premise platforms
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and execute system backup procedures
- Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Coordinate hardware/software upgrades and patch management cycles
- Document IT processes and create technical SOPs for team compliance
- Provide Level 3 support for complex system incidents and outages
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert certification in AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management
- Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
